You will receive our email confirmation once you order online. Follow by an email indicating the tracking number and the link to the shipping company website to track your shipment. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping package selected, item(s) selected, and your shipping location.
8. What s the shipping rate?
There are 2 shipping package (rates): ‘Standard’ and ‘Express’. ‘Standard’ shipping rates delivery will take 4 to 6 working days while ‘Express’ will take 2 to 3 working days.
Shipping rate is calculated based on the preferred shipping package you choose and the weight of the total order. You will be able to see the total shipping charges prior to the completion of your order.
