8. Why is the trade-in value of my phone not deducted from the total check out amount? The trade in list in our website states the estimated prices of all trade in phones. We will access the phone condition and determine the actual trade in value when we deliver your purchase to you. Please note that if we accept the used phones from you, we will either nett off from your purchase or pay you cash. 9. Do I need to be present when the delivery is made? Yes, it is best if you are present to receive the goods. Alternatively, you can also appoint a recipient to receive the goods on your behalf. Upon delivery, we will request for you or your recipient’s photo ID for verification. 10. What if my handphone model is not listed in the trade in list?
