 General

  • Your sales order is confirmed as per your selected date & time. We will contact you for clarification if applicable. 
  • We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.
  • All premiums & freebies are on while stocks last basis.
  • The online transaction shall be governed by the laws od Singapore.

Pricing

  • Our advertised prices are NETT, inclusive of GST. No other additional chargers will be imposed to the final amount.
  • All phone prices apply to without contract or line subscription.
  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to reject any payment or orders if prices are deemed inaccurate upon purchase.
  • For items that require installation, charges will be applied separately.  

 Payment

  • You can make payment by the following modes:-
    • Online payment by VISA, Mastercard & PayPal account.
    • Nets upon delivery.
    • 12 months instalment plan is offered by DBS with a minimum purchase of $500, settlement upon delivery via DBS VISA / Master credit card.
    • If you have paid / are paying by credit card, you have to be the owner of the credit card. Your signature on our invoice should be the same as the signature on your credit card.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Our delivery service hours are Monday to Sunday from 10am to 9pm.
  • Delivery limited to Singapore mainland only. We reserve the right to determine the locations that are deemed inaccessible. For example: military camps & Jurong Island etc.
  • The following conditions are to be fulfilled upon delivery:-
    • You or your appointed recipient has to be present to receive the goods.
    • You will be asked to produce your photo ID for verification.
  • For all overseas customers, you shall pay for all shipping, taxes & handling charges.
  • Spider88 Pte Ltd will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under following conditions:-
    • Recipient is not present at the address given within those hours during which delivery was requested to take place.
    • The address given is incorrect.
    • No such person at the given address.
    • No valid contact number was given for us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient in order to execute the order successfully.
    • Any other conditions that are beyond our control.
  • For re-direction of orders, a handling charge of $10 will be applicable.
  • For items to be delivered by post, payment MUST be done via PayPal:
    • Spider88 will verify order & confirm receipt of payment before mailing the item (s).
    • Delivery by post to local addresses only, except P. O. Box.
    • Customers should receive item (s) within 3 working days, otherwise please contact our Customer Service at 6250 0808.

Warranty

  • All products sold are carry local warranty, unless stated otherwise.
  • The start of the warranty period is the documented date of your purchase of the product.
  • Different warranty periods are provided for different products from the manufacturers / distributors.
  • Manufacturers' / distributors' warranty policies apply.

Trade In

  • The trade in values listed are based on estimation. The actual offer will be given upon onsite physical evaluation of the phone.
  • Trade in phones must be in complete set as per original purchased & in good working condition.
  • The trade in values listed are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Spider88 reserves the right to reject trade in sets at its discretion.

Concierge Repair Phone Service

  • $30 per phone per trip, which includes the following service:-
    • Collection from your desired location.
    • Delivering to the service center.
    • Collection from the service center & sending it back to the same desired location.
  • We only accept full payment upon collection by cash only.
  • We will send your phone for repair within 2 working days of collection.
  • We will return your phone to you within 2 working days upon collection from the service center.
  • Customer should prepare valid warranty card with details together with authorized dealer stamp.
  • Customer has to remove SIM card & backup date before we collect the phone.
  • We do not accept water corrosion set for servicing.
  • We will send phones to authorized service centers only.
  • We are not liable for any servicing issue which is carry out by authorized service center.
  • Service centers' repair policies & their Terms & Conditions applies.
  • We offer free basic loan phone. Subject to availability.

Liability

  • Spider88 Pte Ltd's total liability herein respect of each event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total price paid for the purchase of products and / or services under these Terms & Condtions.
  • Spider88 Pte Ltd & Customer agree that Spider88 will not liable for data lost, corrupted, deleted or altered. Spider88 shall not be liable to the Customer for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use or performance of products or services.
  • Any typographical, clerical or other error omission in sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other documents or information issued by Spider88 shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of Spider88.
